When your customers choose different payment methods, they'll receive various system emails. Details are provided in the diagram below.
Choose "PayMe" / "Bank transfer" as the payment method:
1-1. When a customer selects "PayMe Transfer" as the payment method, the customer will receive a PayMe transfer instruction email. The subject of the email is "[Store name] Order updates: PayMe transfer instructions"; the preview text is "Thank you for your order #order number".
1-2. When a customer selects "bank transfer" as the payment method, the customer will receive an email with bank transfer instructions. The subject of the email is "[Store name] Order updates: Bank Transfer Instructions"; the preview text is "Thank you for your order #order number".
2. When a customer selects "PayMe Transfer" / "Bank Transfer" as the payment method and fails to complete the payment within the specified time, the customer will receive the following email. The subject of the email is "[Store name] Order updates: Order cancelled"; the preview text is "We could not proceed your order #Order Number".
4. When a customer selects "PayMe" / "Bank Transfer" as the payment method, the customer will receive the below email after the merchant confirms the payment. The subject of the email is " [Store name] Order updates: Order confirmation"; the preview text is "Thank you for your order # Your order is being processed".
Choose "Pick up and Pay" as the payment method:
1. When a customer selects "Pick up and Pay" as the payment method, the customer will receive the below email. The subject of the email is "[Store name] Order updates: Order confirmation"; the preview text is "Thank you for your order # Your order is being processed".
Choose other payment methods:
1. When a customer selects other payment methods and has paid, the customer will receive the below email. The subject of the email is "[Store name] Order updates: Order confirmation"; the preview text is "Thank you for your order # Your order is being processed".
