How to use Boutir Express to create orders quickly?


Step:

1. Boutir Express - create order

  • 1-1. Boutir Express - Create Order Page Link:

Click the link below and log in to your Boutir account to gain access to:

  • 1-2. Boutir Web Portal -> "Orders" -> Select "Paid" -> Click on "Boutir Express":

  • 1-3. Boutir App -> "Orders" -> Click on the bottom-left corner "+" symbol, choose "Boutir Express" -> Click on "Create order now":

2. Enter order information

On the “Order Message” page, paste or input your order details, then click the "Generate Order" button. You can also click "I Need Preset Template" to view a sample template for reference.

  • 2.1. Single Product
If the order includes only one product:

2.2 Multiple Products

For an order message includes multiple products::

Please separate each product with *a blank line* between them. The system will automatically merge orders from the same customer into one. In the example shown, with 4 members placing orders, the system generates 4 separate orders.

 

Notices:

  1. Please be patient while the order is being generated.
  2. Ensure you provide the customer's phone number, as we will use it to check for any existing member in your system. If no related data is found, we will automatically create a new member account with this phone number.
  3. If your order information includes multiple products, separate each product with a blank lines. Otherwise, the system may not recognise it as an order with multiple products.

3. Check and modify order information

  • 3.1 Edit the information
We are continuously improving the AI's accuracy, but we cannot guarantee 100% precision at this time. Please double-check all data before creating an order. If you spot any errors, you can easily click "Edit" to make corrections directly.

3.2 Create a New Order for an Existing Product

If the system detects a similar product name in your online store, it will prompt you to "Create a New Order for an Existing Product." If you select "Yes," the system will update the existing product. If you select "No," the system will create a new product.

Please note: If you choose "Yes" and the new input for the product's price or options differs from the original, the system will overwrite and update the existing product data.

4. Confirm order creation

After confirming that all data is accurate, you can click the "Create x orders for y products" button to generate orders.

  • 4-1. Select Payment Method

If your online store has payment methods like Payme, FPS, or any custom options set up, you can select an existing payment method here. Also, you can add a custom payment method to better manage these orders.

5. Managing Orders and Products

Once the order is successfully created, you can view it in the Boutir Web Portal or on the Boutir App under Orders List -> Paid Orders.

  • 5-1. Filtering Orders

To manage your orders, you can filter them by clicking on "Pending Payment Orders" or by selecting the payment method you specified in Step 4-1.

  • 5-2. Accumulation of Pending Payment and Pending Confirmation Orders

Orders marked as "Pending Payment" or "Pending Confirmation" will accumulate items until the merchant confirms receipt of payment. Orders from the same phone number will continue to accumulate until you confirm the payment in the system. After payment is confirmed, any further purchases by the same member will need to be processed as a new order.

If a customer has made a partial payment, you can add a note to the order to indicate this.

  • 5-3. Product management
When you create an order with the Boutir Express, it will also create the corresponding products for you. You can view these products in your product list. To make them available on your online store or mPOS, just add product photos, set the inventory, and publish the products.

After adding product photos, the images for the corresponding orders will automatically update, simplifying your shipping tasks.

6. Reminding Customers to Pay

After creating an order, you can click the WhatsApp icon on the order list page in the Boutir Web Portal or Boutir App to remind customers to make payments. Customers can also log into the online store using their phone numbers to view their orders and upload payment receipts.

  • To send a payment reminder via WhatsApp in the Boutir Web Portal: Select the customer from the list of paid orders -> Click the WhatsApp icon to start a conversation -> You will be redirected to WhatsApp, where you can send the reminder message
