      July 13 - Easier connection to PayMe For Business; new payment support for BoC Pay; publish up to 10 custom pages

      1. Easier to connect PayMe For Business

      PayMe is the most popular e-Wallet in Hong Kong. As PayMe will be able to collect payment by 2022 Consumption Voucher in Phase 2, we made the connection to Payme much easier.

      With this update, merchants newly connect their Payme account to collect payment can simply provide your registered email address for PayMe Business and copy the Merchant ID. You no longer need to copy and paste all “Client Id”, “Client Secret”, “Signing Key Id”, “Signing Key” which easily had errors.

      You only need to do it once because the credentials will not expire. You won’t lose the customers who cannot pay because you forget to update the credentials.

      2. Collect consumption voucher payment by BoC Pay 

      As BoC Pay will be able to collect payment by 2022 Consumption Voucher in Phase 2. We added it for you. Now you can collect money by all options of payment by Consumption Voucher. 

      With this update, when you switch on Yedpay and enable UnionPay option, your customers can pay with BoC Pay by scanning a QR code at checkout. If you have already set up UnionPay, you do not need to take any action, BoC pay is already there.

      Your customer checkout journey with BoC pay:

      1. Select “Pay with UnionPay”

      2. Scan/Import the QR code with BoC Pay App
