How Do Customers Pay by YedPay (Support Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, BoC Pay, Alipay HK and WeChat Pay)?

Alipay Payment Method

1. Once customers have added products to their Shopping Cart, they may then go to the Checkout Page and fill in the required information.

2. In the “Payment” section, choose “Alipay” as the payment method, then click on “Confirm to pay”

3. Click on “Confirm to buy”

4. They will be redirected to the YedPay payment page. Customers can scan the QR code via the Alipay App

Alipay HK Payment Method

1. After adding products to their shopping cart and proceeding to checkout, customers can choose “Alipay HK” as the payment method, then click on “Confirm to pay”

2. Click on “Confirm to buy”

3. They will be redirected to the YedPay payment page. Customers can scan the QR code via the Alipay HK App

UnionPay / BoC Pay Payment Method

1. After adding products to their shopping cart and proceeding to checkout, customers can choose “UnionPay” as the payment method, then click on “Confirm to pay”

2. Click on “Confirm to buy”

3. They will be redirected to the YedPay payment page. Customers can scan the QR code via the UnionPay UPOP / BoC Pay App

Customers can also click on “Proceed to Pay”. After confirming the information of the order, they can choose to input the card number to pay directly (or log in to the account and pay)

WeChat Pay Payment Method

1. After adding products to their shopping cart and proceeding to checkout, customers can choose “WeChat Pay” as the payment method, then click on “Confirm to pay”

2. Click on “Confirm to buy”

3. Customers will be redirected to the WeChat Pay app to settle the payment. They will return to the online store once it is completed
Note: They cannot complete this process if the WeChat Pay app is not installed on their phone

Visa / Mastercard Payment Method

1. After adding products to their shopping cart and proceeding to checkout, customers can choose “Pay with Visa / MasterCard” as the payment method, then click on “Confirm to pay”

2. Click on “Confirm to buy”

3. They will be redirected to the Visa/Mastercard payment page. After filling in all required information and checking the required box, please click on “Submit” to complete the payment process
