1. Add the option to hide customer reviews.

In response to merchants' feedback regarding malicious reviews received by stores, we now provide an option to hide or display customer reviews. You can effectively manage your store's reviews and maintain the store's image.

• Hide the Customer reviews on the Boutir App: Order Page -> Click on the three dots in the top right corner -> Click on "Customer reviews" -> Click "Hide" on the review -> Press "Confirm".

• Display the Customer reviews on the Boutir App: Order Page -> Click on the three dots in the top right corner -> Click on "Customer reviews" -> Click "Display" on the review -> Press "Confirm".

2. Add links to TikTok and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) on your storefront.

Many merchants, in addition to operating on Facebook and Instagram, are also active on TikTok and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book). Now, you can add links to TikTok and Xiaohongshu on your store page, making it convenient for customers to view and connect to your social platforms.

• Add links to TikTok and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) in the Boutir Web Portal: "Design" -> "Page footer" -> Click "Edit footer" -> Click on "Edit Design" in the social media section -> Open TikTok and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) -> Enter the links and press confirm.

3. Set custom delivery methods for different places to effectively differentiate the delivery methods for various areas.

Merchants now can select "Designated area" in the "Manual operations" section and choose different states in Malaysia, such as regions in East and West Malaysia. When customers check out, the delivery options they see will be specific to their region, preventing them from selecting the wrong delivery method and facilitating your management of different delivery options.

• Process to change delivery methods in Boutir Web:
  • Navigate to "Settings" in your account -> Select "Store Settings" -> Edit "Shipping Methods." 

• • Edit "Domestic Deliver" -> Choose "Add Deliver Options"

• • Enter the delivery method name -> Choose "Customised" -> "Manage" custom applicable regions ->  Select the regions and confirm ->  In the "Calculation" section, you can choose between "Flat rate" or "Weight-Based" -> Click on "Save."

*If you need to deliver products to East Malaysia, select the regions in East Malaysia in the custom applicable regions. If you need to deliver to West Malaysia, choose the regions in West Malaysia in the custom applicable regions.

Regarding tutorials on "Flat rate" and "Weight-Based" shipping charges:

 May 6 - New settings for delivery methods and shipping fee options; 

• • After successfully setting up the delivery methods for East Malaysia and West Malaysia, customers will only see delivery services specific to their region when selecting a shipping method. Services not available in their region will not be selectable.
