Boutir previously offered 4 member registration/login methods, all requiring users to provide their name and email to complete the registration process.

Now, we have streamlined the registration process across different methods, reducing the information customers need to provide. Members registering via phone number, Facebook, or Google no longer need to enter a member name and email address to complete registration. The system automatically retrieves the customer's name and email from their first purchase order, using them as the member name and contact email.

For members registering via Facebook and Google, the system automatically extracts relevant details provided on those platforms, ensuring accurate and complete member information.

Additionally, we have introduced an email registration method to further synchronize online and offline member data, enhancing convenience in managing your members' information.

2. Merge member accounts

Some of the merchants have noticed that their customers maintain multiple member accounts. In response, we have introduced a feature to merge these accounts, enabling customers to consolidate all their member points and shopping history into a single account. You can help your customers in unifying and integrating their multiple accounts through both the Boutir Web Portal and the Boutir App.

*Please carefully review the information before merging accounts. Once merged, the system will retain only the main account, and all other merged accounts will be permanently deactivated. Customers will no longer be able to use this information to register new accounts or log in.

• If your shoppers try to login with a merged account:

Merchants can view detailed account merge records on the specific member profile page. All information will synchronize into the main account, including shopping history, member points, and other related details from before the merge.
