Boutir's Web Portal now offers enhanced access control, allowing you to assign specific permissions to different administrators and maintain your store’s data security. You can currently set permissions for "Product Management" and "Analysis," giving you the flexibility to assign roles according to each administrator's responsibilities. These settings are also available on the Boutir app, where you can create administrator accounts and manage their permissions with ease.

To set management permissions for different administrators on the Boutir's Web Portal: "Settings" -> "Account and Subscription" -> "Administrator Accounts" -> select "Create" -> Fill in the administrator's information, assign the desired permissions, and click "Save."

Managing orders across multiple platforms can be a hassle, but "Boutir Express" is here to simplify it for you! Just paste the order details, and the AI-powered system will swiftly bulk-create product entries and process orders. Whether customers place orders through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or even verbally, all orders from various channels are seamlessly consolidated into a single system. This makes order and inventory management easier than ever before, saving you time and effort.

To quickly create orders on the Boutir Web Portal using "Boutir Express": "Orders" -> "Paid Orders" ->Click on "Boutir Express":

To quickly create orders in the Boutir App using "Boutir Express": "More" -> Select "Orders" -> Tap the "＋" symbol in the bottom-left corner and choose "Boutir Express."
-> Click "Create order now":

In "Boutir Express" just enter the order information on the order details page, and the AI will automatically analyze the product details and order data. This enables seamless bulk creation of products and streamlined order processing.

On the order message page of "Boutir Express" , you can click the "I Need Preset Template" button to access a sample order template for easy reference and modification. Once you've tailored it to your needs, simply click "Generate Order" to create the order.

When a customer places multiple orders consecutively, the Boutir system will automatically consolidates them into a single order and calculates the total amount, eliminating the need for manual merging.
