1. Set up delivery methods for different regions in Malaysia

Malaysian merchants can now efficiently manage delivery options for specified areas by selecting  "Custom Domestic Mailing" and choosing different states, including regions in East and West Malaysia. This ensures that customers see delivery options specific to their region at checkout, preventing incorrect selections and simplifying delivery management.

• To set up custom delivery methods in the Boutir Web Portal: "Setting" -> "Store Setting" -> "Shipping method" -> "Domestic Delivery" -> Select "Add Delivery Option" under "Manual Operations."

  

*If you need to deliver products to East Malaysia, select the East Malaysia region in "Customised." For deliveries to West Malaysia, choose the West Malaysia region in "Customised."

After successfully setting up the delivery methods for East Malaysia and West Malaysia, the system will automatically filter out the corresponding delivery services based on the customer's entered shipping address. Only the delivery methods available in that region will be displayed to the customer, and options for other regions will not be selectable.
