The long-awaited sales report is finally here! With this report, you can review sales over different periods, uncover market trends and customer preferences, and adjust discounts or pricing to improve store operations. The data analysis features help identify issues in the sales process, enabling you to optimize workflows and boost efficiency. Explore the new features to learn more!
1. Sales Analysis: Uncover key performance metrics to boost your sales
Customize the time period and sales points to download detailed sales reports. Available in both the Boutir Web Portal and App, this feature lets you access crucial performance data for your store anytime, anywhere.
- In the Boutir's Web Portal, click in "Analytics", choose "Sales analytics":
- On the Boutir App, click in "Analytics", choose "Sales Report":
We provide data display options for "by Day," "by Week," and "by Month." By selecting the special period and sales points, you can view the sales records for the chosen timeframe, aiding you in analyzing market trends across different periods.
- In the Boutir's Web Portal, click in "Last 30 days" -> choose "Custom" -> Select the date or time that you need.

2. Calculate gross profit: gain insights into costs and revenue
The sales analysis report now lets you choose different time frames to view data. We've also added gross profit and gross profit percentage metrics, making it easier to calculate your earnings after deducting product costs.
- In the Boutir's Web Portal, click in "Sales Report" -> "Gross profit"
- On the Boutir App, click in "Sales analytics" ->"Gross profit":
*Please Note: To view gross profit and gross profit percentage, you must input the "Cost" for each product so the system can accurately calculate this data. You can add product costs directly on the product details page or use Excel for bulk imports or updates. For more information, please refer to the following details.

3. Export sales reports to simplify accounting and auditing
In addition to viewing real-time sales data, you can also select the desired period and sales points to export detailed sales reports, helping you manage finances more efficiently, simplify accounting, and auditing processes.
- To export an overview chart with graphs in the Boutir's Web Portal, Go to the "Sales Analysis" page -> Click on "Export" at the top right -> Choose "Overview PDF":
- Exporting detailed sales report in the Boutir's Web Portal, "Sales Analysis" page -> Scroll down to the bottom to "Sales Detail Report" -> Choose your desired data -> Press "Confirm & Export":
- Exporting sales report on the Boutir App: click in "Analytics", choose "Sales Report" -> Click on the save icon at the top right -> You can choose "Overview (PDF)" to export an overview chart with graphs or "Transaction Profit breakdown" to export a detailed sales report:
