1. Set Specific Products Exclude from Discount Promotions or Coupon Codes
Now, you can set specific product to "Exclude this product from campaigns or promo code". For products with low profit margins, large volumes, or high shipping costs, you can customize their participation in discount promotions or coupon code usage. This includes options such as not receiving any discount but being eligible for free shipping promotions, not eligible for free shipping promotions, or unable to use coupon codes.

*Please note: Product settings take Campaigns over discount promotions or Promo code settings. In other words, if a product is already set as "Exclude this product from campaigns or promo code" even if the product is not excluded from a discount promotion, it will still not enjoy the discount.
2. Exclude Products from Discounts and Coupon Codes
In addition to setting exclusions on individual products, you can also specify which products are not eligible for discount promotions or coupon codes within the Campaigns or Promo code. This makes it easy to manage different promotional activities easily.
Now, you can designate specific products as "Exclude this product from campaigns or promo code" For individual products with low profitability, large sizes, or high shipping costs, you can tailor their participation in discount promotions or coupon code usage. Options include not receiving any discount but being eligible for free shipping promotions; not qualifying for free shipping promotions; or being unable to use coupon codes.

Besides, for the convenience of merchants to update settings at any time, you can also set "Exclude Products" in both "Ongoing" and "Scheduled" discount promotions.
3. Set Price Promotion Settings in Advanced Bundle Discount
Many merchants have expressed a desire to set up promotions like "Choose any 3 items for $100." Now, you can configure such combo discount prices in the Advanced Bundle Discount settings! Simply input the quantity of items and the corresponding combo discount price.

*Please note, if you wish to set up cumulative discounts, for example: Choose any 3 items for $100, 6 items for $200, 9 items for $300, you will need to add purchase requirements and corresponding discounts. You can set up to five layers of cumulative discounts.
*The "Advanced Bundle Discount" feature is only available to merchants subscribed to the " Advanced Plan" and the "V-Commerce All in One Plan."
4. Include Merchant's Contact Information in Order Emails
In the store settings, you can add the store's contact information. After entering the phone number, WhatsApp number, and email address, this contact information will be displayed in the order emails. This way, customers can easily reach out to you, helping you maintain a good relationship with them.
- Add the store's contact information in Boutir's Web Portal: Go to "Setting" -> Click in "Store settings" -> Go to Store information and click in to "Store Contact Method".
