To support new features, the Boutir Web Portal now introduces an updated Product Management System, divided into three separate sections: Product Listing, Product Categories, and Product Hashtags. You can now quickly select specific categories or hashtags and more easily manage products, including listing or unlisting items in an entire category or deleting hashtags.

2. Add Product Barcodes/QR Codes to Support Managing Online and Offline Sales

The new Boutir Product Management System supports scanning and entering product barcodes, allowing merchants with physical stores to unify their online and offline inventory management. Simply add barcodes to your products and use the Boutir mPOS system to handle tasks like inventory counting, stock-in, and stock-out. This feature synchronizes stock across online and physical stores, streamlines the product management process.

* If your device is connected to a barcode scanner, you can use it to scan barcodes directly. The Boutir App also supports barcode scanning using your mobile camera.

3. Automatically Generate QR Codes for Products without Barcodes for Efficient Product Management

We understand that many products don't have barcodes. To simplify inventory management and tracking, the Boutir system automatically generates a QR code for each product. Just click the QR code icon on the product listing page to view the QR code for any specific item.

4. Print Barcodes and QR Codes for Convenient Physical Store Operations

You can easily print both barcodes and QR codes — whether added manually by merchants or automatically generated by the system. Choose from:

Barcode/QR Code Catalog: Print a booklet with multiple barcodes or QR codes for quick reference.
Barcode/QR Code Sticker: Print labels to attach to products for easy scanning at checkout.

By attaching these labels, customers in physical stores can scan QR codes with their phones to access product purchase links or view detailed information. During checkout, merchants using the mPOS system can scan items with their phones, and inventory will automatically update, simplifying stock management across online and offline channels.
