To streamline the product listing process, we've introduced the "Boutir Express" feature. Now, wherever you are, you can send product images, names, prices, and other details via WhatsApp to instantly generate product links and complete your listings. This not only saves time but also significantly boosts sales efficiency. It's perfect for merchants with large SKU counts who need to list numerous products daily, as well as those looking to quickly update their product catalogs. Read on to learn more.

1. Link your Boutir account and WhatsApp to access the "Boutir Express" feature

To start using "Boutir Express," first connect your store account with your WhatsApp number in either the Boutir Web Portal or Boutir App.

• Setting the "Boutir Express" in the Boutir Web Portal: "Settings" -> choose "Tools" -> Click "Boutir Express" -> In the "Boutir Express" page enter your WhatsApp phone number -> Press "Connect"

• Next, confirm the connection request on WhatsApp using that phone number to successfully activate the feature.

• Setting the "Boutir Express" on the Boutir App: "More" -> Scroll down to "Tools" -> Click on "Boutir Express" -> Choose "Connect" -> Enter the relevant WhatsApp phone number -> Click on "Connect" -> onfirm the connection request on WhatsApp to activate the feature successfully.

*Please note that each store can be linked to only one WhatsApp number, and the same number cannot be connected to multiple stores at the same time.

2. Enter commands to upload new products anytime, anywhere

After setting up "Boutir Express," you can easily create new products link by selecting a product image in WhatsApp and sending it to the chat. Then, enter the relevant commands to list, delist, delete, or hide products.

To create a product with multiple images or videos, simply send the image or video in the chat first, then input the corresponding commands.

Notes	If the stock is not provided, system will automatically set the inventory of that product as unlimited.	Please enter " : " after the option name, and then type the option 1, 2, and so on.	Please use "/" to separate different options.	Please separate the options using "/" .

Notes	Please type the "#Hashtag" at the end of the command.	After entering this command, the upcoming created products will automatically be assigned with your custom #Hashtag name. Hashtags do not support spaces or special symbols.	After entering this command, the upcoming created products will no longer be automatically assigned with your custom #Hashtag names.

Apart from inputting commands, you can easily hide, remove from your online store, or delete each product by clicking the action button below the product link.

Example
	Click "Action" below the product link and select “Unlist”. You can hide this product in the online store	Click "Action" below the product link and select “Unpublish” to remove the product.	Click "Action" below the product link and select “Delete”. This product will be permanently deleted.
